Chef Michael Dean Reynolds (Brass Monkey/Bread & Wine) along with Amy Teri (Darkroom) and industry newcomer, Chris Montgomery, have teamed up to conceive The Rookery located at 2109 W. Chicago Ave. Smoked, pickled, roasted, and fermented items are familiar themes throughout Rookery’s casual New American inspired dinner menu appealing to all tastes with a variety of snacks, salads, and entrees.

1st Course

Sweet Potato flan, sage cream and sweet potato chips

Bufala Negra - Angel's Envy Bourbon, Basil, Brown Sugar, Balsamic Syrup, Ginger Beer

2nd Course

Hanger steak and prawn (surf and turf) smoked mushroom and steak sauce

Hickory Stick - Angel's Envy Bourbon, Dry Vermouth, Luxardo Amaro, Fernet

3rd Course

Chocolate mousse, poached pear and preserved lemon

The Sour Italia - Angel's Envy Rye, Lemon, Honey Syruo, Barolo Chinato
