1st Course - Bay Scallops with Brown Butter. Paired with Ladiesman.
2nd Course - Sausage with Red Peppers, Smoked Tomato, Kale, Pearl Onion and Mashed Potatoes. Paired with Scatman.
3rd Course - Spiced Panna Cotta. Paired with Dayman
